We are currently at capacity for vendor accommodations. You may still attend the conference as an individual participant.

Where will the ACCTC be held?

The conference will be hosted by Yavapai College in Prescott Arizona on June 1st and 2nd, 2022.

How do I apply for a spot?

Vendor applications are currently closed, but you may still register as an individual.

What is the cost for vendors to attend?

$200.00 Please complete the application form first. Once we've received your application, you will be sent the vendor registration payment form.

How many attendees are expected?

Approximately 70 information technology professionals are expected to attend.

What presentation equipment is available?

All rooms have a lectern PC, projection system, internet access, document camera, flash drive support, and the ability to hook up laptops. Please let us know if you have additional requirements.

What can I expect at the conference facility?

One large conference room will be the main gathering spot, other than breakout (presentation) sessions. Keynote speech, vendor tables, prize raffles, and all meals will be provided in the large conference room. Each vendor will be allocated a 6ft table.

How long should each presentation be?

Each presentation should be 45 minutes long, each presenter will be given a 1 hour time slot on the schedule.
